Nowhere in the world the contrasts between poverty and wealthness are obvious as in Brazil. We all know the view; the slums at the hills, which are called favela’s. 

A favela is a group of self-made, mostly illegal, sheds or houses. The inhabitants are basically forced by poverty and dysfunction of governments to build their own houses and infrastructure. 

For outsiders, the slums are really dangerous to enter. As an example, the police have no excess to these kind of neighbourhoods. The drug gangs rule these areas. Violence and crimes take part in everyday life.
 
People live there in poverty, fear, and exclusion from society. Whoever is from the Favelas needs a lot of power to fight for a better future.
